BIZCENTER USA Hosts Big Red Bus for a Blood Drive

 

Last Monday, March 4, the parking lot of BIZCENTER USA in Orlando became the stage for an act of solidarity and hope. In partnership with OneBlood.org, the space welcomed the Big Red Bus, encouraging the local community to help save lives.

The event took place from 10 AM to 3 PM with the participation of numerous donors who, in addition to making a difference in the lives of patients in need of transfusions, also received special benefits. Each participant was gifted a $20 digital gift card, an exclusive long-sleeved T-shirt, and a wellness checkup, which included blood pressure measurement, pulse, temperature, iron count, and cholesterol screening.

 

According to OneBlood, only 3% of eligible individuals actually donate blood, making initiatives like this even more essential to meet hospital demands.

 

The campaign was a remarkable success! Thanks to the generosity of the community, enough blood was collected to help save up to 6 lives. This impactful result highlights the importance of collective efforts and reinforces the value of blood donation.
