President & CEO

Following a successful career in the communications business – his 30yr+ Orlando-based Multimedia, Inc. is one the most respected media representation companies worldwide – Brazilian born Fernando Mariano started BIZCENTER USA to meet the growing needs of this market. Fernando is applying his highly recognized experience and leadership to serve our clients with the best tools to help developing their business. On his free time Fernando enjoys spending time with his family, and likes to watch movies and listen to music

Carol Souza

Sales & Marketing Director

As director of sales & marketing, Carol is responsible for the day to day operations and for delivering superior client experience at BIZCENTER USA. She is also a proud executive of our parent company Multimedia, Inc. where for the last 22 years she has managed clients around the world. Carol is a native of Chicago, IL and has made Orlando her home for the past 30+ years. In her free time, she loves going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren

Viviane Farias

Community Manager

Viviane Farias is a Brazilian executive who is living in Florida for over 20 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising, and worked at Multimedia, Inc. as Media Relations Manager for 16 years, where she had built a relationship with media outlets throughout the world. More recently she has been the Member Relations Coordinator at the West Orange Chamber of Commerce, where she acted as liaison to Ambassadors and contributed to the growth and success of the Chamber. Viviane brings her invaluable professional experience of client services to BIZCENTER USA. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, along with traveling and going to the beach
